You certainly can. Please be advised that our Web server has
nothing to do with the language of your choice. This is entirely a browser side issue.
European languages are, of course, no problem. And, if you would like to display Chinese,
or Japanese, (both use two bytes for each character), then as long as the viewers of your
pages use computers and software which support such characters, they can read your web
pages. The support typically involves installing of certain special fonts on the computer.
